Konten, die nach Januar 2026 erstellt werden, werden von Anfang an mit der neuen Verwaltungserfahrung für Gruppen und Einstellungen bereitgestellt. Diese Konten müssen keine Migration abschließen. Die neue Erfahrung ist ihr standardmäßiges Gruppenverwaltungsmodell.

#### <mark style="color:blau;">Bestehende Konten mit null oder einer Gruppe wurden im Januar 2026 automatisch auf die neue Erfahrung aktualisiert</mark>

Bestehende Konten, die im Januar 2026 null oder eine Gruppe hatten, wurden automatisch auf die neue Verwaltungserfahrung für Gruppen und Einstellungen aktualisiert. Da diese Konten keine Multi-Gruppen-Konfigurationen hatten, die zu Konflikten bei den Einstellungen führen könnten, konnte die Aktualisierung ohne Administrator-Aktion oder einen Migrationsassistenten durchgeführt werden.

Bestehende Konten mit zwei oder mehr Gruppen müssen im Januar 2026 Access für den Self-Service-Migrationsfluss anfordern. Um die Aktivierung anzufordern, kontaktieren Sie [Zoom-Support](https://support.zoom.com/) und senden Sie eine neue Anfrage an „Neue Gruppenverwaltung für mein Konto aktivieren.“

Sobald der Migrationsfluss im Konto aktiviert ist, können Administratoren den Migrationsassistenten verwenden, um den Übergang zu einem Zeitpunkt abzuschließen, der für ihr Unternehmen passt.
