Administrator Considerations for ZRA

Zoom Revenue Accelerator licenses offer unlimited cloud recording storage for conversations recorded with analysis

At this time, customers with Zoom Revenue Accelerator are not limited by recording file storage, regardless of their plan type. Accounts with Zoom Revenue Accelerator licenses will not be billed for overages if they exceed their plan’s designated cloud recording storage limit.

Zoom Revenue Accelerator cloud recording files follow the same data retention policies as other cloud recording files

Zoom Revenue Accelerator recordings share the same policies as standard Zoom cloud recordings. Accordingly, accounts can choose how and when Zoom Revenue Accelerator recording files are deleted from an account.

For example, if an account is configured to automatically delete cloud recordings after 30 days, then Zoom Revenue Accelerator recordings will be removed after 30 days as well.

Admins can manage Zoom Revenue Accelerator license assignments and permissions through SCIM, SSO, or manual assignment

Account admins can manage user license assignments and user role permissions through any supported means, including single sign-on (SSO), system for cross-domain identity management (SCIM), or manual assignment via the web portal.

Zoom Revenue Accelerator provides six different roles types with customizable permissions, and also supports custom roles

Zoom Revenue Accelerator includes six different role types, granting users varying levels of access based on business needs. Although Zoom provides default permissions for each role, account admins can create custom roles, or customize the default roles based on unique team dynamics. The default roles are listed in the following table:

Role	Description
Zoom Revenue Accelerator Admin	Admin has full privileges to access features, adjust settings, and manage users.
Zoom Revenue Accelerator Sales Supervisor	Sales supervisors manage multiple sales teams or multiple sales managers.
Zoom Revenue Accelerator Sales Manager	Sales managers manage one team.
Zoom Revenue Accelerator Sales Representative	Sales representatives have access to basic Zoom Revenue Accelerator functions but no account management privileges.
Zoom Revenue Accelerator Collaborator	Collaborators have access to limited Zoom Revenue Accelerator functionality. This role can be assigned to an unlimited number of Zoom users without provisioning Zoom Revenue Accelerator licenses.
External Zoom Revenue Accelerator Admin	This role is designed to allow external parties — like a sales engineer — to assist with account configuration during onboarding or proof of concept periods.

Zoom Revenue Accelerator Roles are unique to the service, and do not override or affect other user roles

User roles specific to Zoom Revenue Accelerator are scoped exclusively to the service, and do not conflict with other user roles on the account. Consequently, a user can be a general account admin without Zoom Revenue Accelerator admin permissions, and vice versa.
