### Zoom Revenue Accelerator Overview

#### <mark style="color:blue;">Zoom Revenue Accelerator is a conversational intelligence add-on that delivers actionable insights to sales, operations, and marketing teams</mark>

Zoom Revenue Accelerator is an AI-powered, conversational intelligence add-on for Zoom Meetings and Zoom Phone. At its foundation, Zoom Revenue Accelerator uses machine learning (ML) algorithms to analyze transcripts of meetings and phone calls, and provides actionable insights that help sales teams provide better customer experiences and close deals faster.

Other teams, like sales operations and marketing, will also benefit from Zoom Revenue Accelerator. Teams can use its insights to increase visibility into sales cycles and shed light on leading indicators for pricing and competition.

#### <mark style="color:blue;">Zoom Revenue Accelerator also provides insights managers can use to review, coach, and improve their team’s performance</mark>

Managers can use Zoom Revenue Accelerator dashboards to review their team members’ insights and overall performance in meetings. With this data, managers can identify coaching opportunities, or assign coaching tasks to individuals. Managers can also design custom playlists of video clips from meetings to help teams and colleagues learn from real cases.

#### <mark style="color:blue;">Zoom Revenue Accelerator is available to licensed Meetings and Phone customers</mark>

Zoom Revenue Accelerator is a per-seat licensing add-on available to Zoom Meetings and Zoom Phone customers, and requires one Zoom Revenue Accelerator license per-user. Once a user is assigned a paid license, they can use it with both Zoom Meetings and Zoom Phone. Zoom Revenue Accelerator is not for unlicensed (basic) users.

#### <mark style="color:blue;">Zoom Revenue Accelerator can automatically match insights with sales data in applications like Salesforce, HubSpot, monday.com, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and People.Ai</mark>

Zoom Revenue Accelerator can integrate with customer relationship management (CRM) applications like Salesforce, HubSpot, monday.com, and Microsoft Dynamics 365. When integrated, Zoom Revenue Accelerator routinely syncs insights from conversations with matching deals and opportunities imported from the CRM, providing comprehensive insight to conversations within the sales process.

Zoom Revenue Accelerator also integrates with People.Ai, providing comprehensive engagement and intelligence data for key personas and stakeholders within the opportunity’s account.

#### <mark style="color:blue;">When integrated with a CRM, deal info populates within the Zoom client and the web</mark>

When Zoom Revenue Accelerator is integrated with a supported CRM, deal information and opportunities are available within the Zoom Client and on the web. This offers users an easy-to-access location for tracking and managing active deals within a single program.

#### <mark style="color:blue;">Zoom Revenue Accelerator currently supports English and 12 additional languages in beta for conversational insights and transcription</mark>

Zoom Revenue Accelerator currently supports English and 12 additional languages in beta for transcription and conversation insights, including:

{% columns %}
{% column %}

* Spanish
* Portuguese
* German
* French
* Italian
* Chinese
  {% endcolumn %}

{% column %}

* Russian
* Japanese
* Korean
* Vietnamese
* Dutch
* Ukrainian
  {% endcolumn %}
  {% endcolumns %}

#### <mark style="color:blue;">Transcriptions are presented in the first spoken language within a conversation, but can be translated to another language</mark>

Zoom Revenue Accelerator automatically identifies the first spoken language in a conversation, and reflects it within the transcription. However, after the transcription is available, users can translate the transcript to a different supported language of their choice if desired.

For example, if a conversation is recorded in Spanish, the transcript will originally display in Spanish. However, the transcript can be re-processed to display in English or another supported language.

#### <mark style="color:blue;">**Transcripts support one language at a time**</mark>

Conversational transcripts only support one language at a time. Conversations with multiple languages — or dialogue in a language different from the transcription language — may fail to transcribe properly.

### Zoom Revenue Accelerator Functionality: How it Works

#### <mark style="color:blue;">Zoom Revenue Accelerator insights are driven by transcription analysis</mark>

Zoom Revenue Accelerator is foundationally rooted in transcription analysis. After a meeting or phone call marked for analysis ends, the conversation is transcribed using the latest, state-of-the-art developments in Zoom artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and natural language processing (NLP) models. After the transcription is complete, task-specific ML models analyze the transcript, drawing insights from utterances, sentences, noun chunks, pauses, word choice, and more.

#### <mark style="color:blue;">Transcription and analytical insights will continue to improve with time</mark>

Over time, Zoom Revenue Accelerator will continue to benefit from Zoom’s overall large investments in AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), automatic speech recognition, transcription, foreign language capabilities, and other related areas.

#### <mark style="color:blue;">Zoom Revenue Accelerator automatically cloud records and analyzes meetings with external participants</mark>

When integrated with a user’s mailbox and calendar, Zoom Revenue Accelerator automatically detects upcoming meetings with external participants. When detected, Zoom Revenue Accelerator will automatically record the meeting to the cloud and mark it for transcription and analysis. Zoom Revenue Accelerator cannot analyze locally recorded meetings.

{% hint style="info" %}
**Note**

Zoom Revenue Accelerator supports [additional admin-level controls](https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/7977115380749-Managing-Zoom-IQ-recording-access-and-disclaimers-#h_01G923TMM38DPRKC2YFXS5HG79) to manage automatic recording.
{% endhint %}

<mark style="color:blue;">**Zoom Revenue Accelerator can also analyze internal-only meetings as well**</mark>

If desired, users can enable Zoom Revenue Accelerator analysis for internal-only meetings. Users must cloud record the meeting and [mark it for analysis](#users-with-a-zoom-revenue-accelerator-license-will-see-a-new-in-meeting-control-button-for-enabling).

<mark style="color:blue;">**Historical, cloud-recorded meetings can be retroactively analyzed**</mark>

If desired, users can [mark historical, cloud-recorded meetings](https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/14909190926093-Adding-a-recording-for-Zoom-IQ-for-Sales-to-analyze) for Zoom Revenue Accelerator analysis.

#### <mark style="color:blue;">Zoom Revenue Accelerator processes transcripts of meetings and calls</mark> *<mark style="color:blue;">after</mark>* <mark style="color:blue;">they’ve ended</mark>

Zoom Revenue Accelerator processes transcripts of cloud-recorded meetings and phone calls marked for analysis *after* the conversation ends. Zoom Revenue Accelerator does not currently offer live analysis.

#### <mark style="color:blue;">Transcripts are processed within the region the account is provisioned</mark>

Zoom Revenue Accelerator analyzes and processes transcripts within the [region the account is provisioned](#zoom-revenue-accelerator-is-globally-available-across-five-regions), regardless of which region the recording is stored in.

For example, if a company’s Zoom account is provisioned within the United States, but stores a subset of their user’s recording content within Germany, recording and transcript analysis will be performed by the United States infrastructure.

Alternatively, if an account is provisioned to the European region, all recording and transcript analysis will be performed by European infrastructure, and will not transmit to the United States — or elsewhere — for analysis.

### Requirements

#### <mark style="color:blue;">Zoom Revenue Accelerator requires customers to have an associated domain within their account</mark>

Zoom Revenue Accelerator requires an account to have at least one [associated domain](https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/203395207-Getting-started-with-associated-domains) configured within their Zoom account. This allows Zoom Revenue Accelerator to automatically distinguish between Zoom Meetings that include external participants (i.e., sales meetings) and internal meetings.

#### <mark style="color:blue;">Users must integrate their calendar to automatically record and capture meeting analytics</mark>

Zoom Revenue Accelerator requires users to have a configured [calendar integration](https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360000488243-Setting-up-calendar-and-contacts-integration) on their Zoom account to automatically record external meetings for analysis. This integration identifies meetings with external participants through the email domain(s) of invited participants.

{% hint style="info" %}
**Note**

Zoom’s calendar integration is compatible with [Zoom’s Mail and Calendar Service](https://explore.zoom.us/en/products/zoom-mail-calendar-service/), Google Calendar, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Exchange. \\
{% endhint %}

#### <mark style="color:blue;">Zoom Revenue Accelerator does</mark> *<mark style="color:blue;">not</mark>* <mark style="color:blue;">require a calendar integration for automatic phone call recording and analysis</mark>

Zoom Revenue Accelerator does not require a calendar integration to automatically record and analyze phone calls. Admins can configure Zoom Revenue Accelerator to [detect the internal extensions](https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/7977115380749-Managing-Zoom-IQ-recording-access-and-disclaimers-#h_01G923V51DH36RYE7JRQTNGV6G) associated with a customer’s account. If enabled, conversations with external phone numbers will be viewed as external participants, and will prompt Zoom Revenue Accelerator to automatically record and analyze the call.

### Integrations

#### <mark style="color:blue;">Third-party applications integrate with Zoom Revenue Accelerator through the service provider’s APIs, with data protected by TLS 1.2 while in transit</mark>

Third-party applications like Salesforce, HubSpot, monday.com, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and People.AI integrate with Zoom Revenue Accelerator using API connections between Zoom and the service provider, and are protected by TLS 1.2 while in transit.

#### <mark style="color:blue;">CRM deal data is stored within Zoom Revenue Accelerator’s database and encrypted at rest with AES-256 bit encryption.</mark>

After integrating Zoom Revenue Accelerator with a CRM, deal data is transmitted from the CRM service provider to Zoom Revenue Accelerator’s database over a TLS connection. Deal data — including an opportunity’s company name, main contact, teams, sales representative, and revenue — is then encrypted at rest within Amazon Web Service (AWS) S3 storage using AES-256 bit encryption with a cloud-based key management system (KMS). Categories of deal data transmitted from the CRM are not customizable at this time.

#### <mark style="color:blue;">Zoom Revenue Accelerator automatically synchronizes CRM deals data throughout the day</mark>

Every four hours, a scheduled job within Zoom Revenue Accelerator pulls in fresh CRM data through the established integration, updating deals with the most recent information available at the time of sync. This sync can be disconnected at any time.

#### <mark style="color:blue;">Zoom Revenue Accelerator will automatically attempt to match deal opportunities with CRM contacts and and conversations, and can be manually associated if desired</mark>

When integrated with a CRM, Zoom Revenue Accelerator will automatically attempt to match contacts and conversations with opportunities. This process follows a deductive logic, with an opportunity to manually associate conversations with opportunities if desired. The process is as follows:

1. Zoom Revenue Accelerator integrates with a CRM and pulls down opportunity and account objects, like an opportunity’s company name, main contact, and revenue.
2. Afterwards, Zoom Revenue Accelerator will attempt to match contact information — like a name, email address, or phone number — from each conversation’s invitee and participant list, and compare them to open opportunities.
3. If contact information matches an open opportunity, the deal data and Zoom Revenue Accelerator insights will combine.
   1. If there are two or more open opportunities, each opportunity is scored based on factors like the timing of the open date, expected close date, etc, and Zoom Revenue Accelerator will pick the highest probable match.
4. If no open opportunities match, Zoom Revenue Accelerator will attempt to map conversations to any matching contacts associated with a pre-existing Account, if found.
5. If no contacts or accounts are not found, Zoom Revenue Accelerator will attempt to map conversations to an existing lead, if found.
6. If an existing lead is not automatically found, the user can manually associate a conversation with an opportunity, contact, or lead, or create an opportunity within the CRM and match from there.
7. For the next seven days, Zoom Revenue Accelerator will attempt to match previous conversations to new opportunities if one did not exist.

#### <mark style="color:blue;">Integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 can synchronize data bi-directionally, matching data and insights in each location</mark>

CRM integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 feature bi-directional data synchronization, matching deal information and Zoom Revenue Accelerator insights within each product. This reduces user workload by ensuring deal data and insights — including recordings and conversation notes — are available within both applications.

For example, if an account has integrated Salesforce with Zoom Revenue Accelerator, the following two things will occur:

1. Deal information within Salesforce is synchronized within Zoom Revenue Accelerator. Conversations will automatically associate with a deal when possible, providing a central location for viewing deal information and Zoom Revenue Accelerator’s insights and analytics within the Zoom client or web portal.
2. Zoom Revenue Accelerator insights and analytics will also automatically create an activity *within Salesforce* for matching deals, noting critical conversation metrics and analytics.

**Insights synchronized to a CRM are customizable**

Account admins can configure which Zoom Revenue Accelerator insights are synchronized to the integrated CRM, including:

{% columns %}
{% column %}

* Conversation Summary
* Sentiment Score
* Engagement Score
* Next Steps
  {% endcolumn %}

{% column %}

* Competitors Mentioned
* Features Mentioned
* Link to the Zoom Revenue Accelerator conversation.
  {% endcolumn %}
  {% endcolumns %}

### User Experience

#### <mark style="color:blue;">Users with a Zoom Revenue Accelerator license will see a new, in-meeting control button for enabling or disabling recording analysis</mark>

<figure><img src="https://lh7-rt.googleusercontent.com/docsz/AD_4nXdCoHYfa0Micce1uSJX2wvJMfHWhsAn4AF64RufMPpu7EPSVAgVXzvbpqbVx2-tJyi9wUUi28MmhMl9fPgIeINV5LKQG2niCJAytUDf_HkT3yqY9cLWQVAjqOKehLc8HQtwooyeiiYhop6fye8rFS_tnlVm?key=tpSGrnt4oW1obqEfibLGgQ" alt=""><figcaption><p>Example of Record With Revenue Accelerator option in the Record menu inside a Zoom Meeting.</p></figcaption></figure>

Users with a Zoom Revenue Accelerator license will see a new option within a meeting’s **Record** menu, labeled **With Zoom Revenue Accelerator**. When enabled, this option indicates if a meeting will be cloud recorded with Zoom Revenue Accelerator analytics, allowing meeting hosts to record ad-hoc meetings with analysis as needed. To opt-out of analytics for a meeting, hosts can simply uncheck the **With Zoom Revenue Accelerator** option.

#### <mark style="color:blue;">Zoom Revenue Accelerator analytics and insights are accessed through the Zoom web portal or client</mark>

Users with a Zoom Revenue Accelerator license will see a new **Zoom Revenue Accelerator** menu tab on the web portal and within their Zoom client. The Zoom Revenue Accelerator menu contains tabs for **Dashboards**, **Conversations**, **Deals**, **Analytics**, and a list of established **Teams**.

#### <mark style="color:blue;">The Zoom Revenue Accelerator Dashboard provides a central overview of deals, analytics, and recent events</mark>

Users with an assigned Zoom Revenue Accelerator license have access to a summary dashboard, containing an overview of information about active deals, notifications, performance metrics, and subscribed indicator mentions.

<figure><img src="https://lh7-rt.googleusercontent.com/docsz/AD_4nXevUlW9azdlBCIWBZ-QkljB-MA1ki2vSaHElekjL0wIpfnUB4683mWpMlI6OwKSefe0usfiC1FIc3rzPoD2yK8PSB1Bs5wtcCzKWE5doghwFY5piiWGg-k0k5Xgbbc2yYMlwq9S8oNRkmwCiYFNbgZPH3-q?key=tpSGrnt4oW1obqEfibLGgQ" alt=""><figcaption><p>Example of the Zoom Revenue Accelerator Dashboard.</p></figcaption></figure>

#### <mark style="color:blue;">All recordings processed by Zoom Revenue Accelerator will appear in the Conversations tab</mark>

Recordings processed by Zoom Revenue Accelerator will populate in the Conversations tab of the Zoom Revenue Accelerator menu. The Conversations tab allows users and managers to access their team’s recordings and analytics in a central location, and are separate from recorded meetings or calls without Zoom Revenue Accelerator analysis.

{% hint style="info" %}
**Note**

All content recorded without Zoom Revenue Accelerator analysis will continue to populate in the [Recordings](https://zoom.us/recording) tab of the Zoom web portal.
{% endhint %}

**Users can click a meeting’s Topic to view conversation-specific analytics and insights**

After a conversation is processed, users can click the conversation’s **Topic** to view insights.

Unlike the Zoom Revenue Accelerator dashboard — which provides a general summary of a wide range of meetings — viewing a particular conversation provides insight to that specific conversation, including a summary, transcript, speaker insights, questions asked, next steps, and more.

<figure><img src="https://lh7-rt.googleusercontent.com/docsz/AD_4nXfYq7UPqlZmCtZiOdaamd1nrM0TpZqW-dj2FyZryETO9ECJ45mhZ7p1dGzEg0tsRaz1ZnClmZfWxw8BHwQh962W2db_R9OtyunOwOQ4OlypvNxOOvTch03K-I9gXFkh4HAuGEfcMMAa6WDD1j6lz-p02Vk?key=tpSGrnt4oW1obqEfibLGgQ" alt=""><figcaption><p>Example of the conversation Topic in a Zoom meetng.</p></figcaption></figure>

#### <mark style="color:blue;">The Deals tab, when integrated with a CRM, provides a central location within the Zoom client to track active deals</mark>

When integrated with a CRM, the **Deals** tab provides an overview of an individual user’s or a team’s sales pipeline. Users can use the Deals screen to identify and prioritize ongoing deals with a 360 degree view, organizing them by each stage of the sales process, seeing how many conversations have transpired — along with their insights —, and track recent developments or activity within the opportunity.

<figure><img src="https://lh7-rt.googleusercontent.com/docsz/AD_4nXc1_Y_uk3vchrnmLWiVVuuwuHrQ6jbJqOeYPDVmfzEGxhindQwza95xJu4iR1Lzwuku_LSoyZIhpNlDEZ68Y1vo-9UobYDzpUsiGG3k3ei6KaU_Fvn-tV4LfWS8UbeYHoBhX9JZxzh5Dhh6tUPra_sGIWRV?key=tpSGrnt4oW1obqEfibLGgQ" alt=""><figcaption><p>Example of the Deals tab.</p></figcaption></figure>

#### <mark style="color:blue;">The Coaching tab is where sales managers can create or view scorecard templates for evaluating conversations</mark>

The **Coaching** tab is the central location for sales managers to view or create scorecards for evaluating conversations. From the Coaching page, sales managers with a [qualifying role](#zoom-revenue-accelerator-provides-six-different-roles-types-with-customizable-permissions-and-also-s) can view scorecards created by others within the organization, use an existing scorecard as a template for a new scorecard, or create a new scorecard from scratch.

<figure><img src="https://lh7-rt.googleusercontent.com/docsz/AD_4nXfKMPQwA0-4TldlMxL2c1aJv-2-8ZHyrwYQz31sCOualMf8NErYrIJqZ-MaRcVf7xY_r-F-SloiV25xnoccviigg-yHNnRM1CxgEpEicMTO70Wsy7Mt8Uj1yhxbz2HClox0hLZ4Py5EJv6GnX3HaN2Hai6M?key=tpSGrnt4oW1obqEfibLGgQ" alt=""><figcaption><p>Example of the Coaching tab.</p></figcaption></figure>

<mark style="color:blue;">**Sales managers can provide feedback and coaching opportunities with a scorecard through the Conversations tab**</mark>

After a scorecard is created in the **Coaching** tab, sales managers with a qualifying role can provide feedback through the **Conversations** tab. After selecting a conversation, a user with a qualifying role can select the **Coaching** sub-tab below the recording, and select any available scorecard.

<mark style="color:blue;">**After a conversation is scored, users receive a notification in their dashboard**</mark>

After a sales manager has completed a scorecard for a conversation, users receive a notification in their Zoom Revenue Accelerator dashboard. From there, users can see their manager’s feedback and score.

<figure><img src="https://lh7-rt.googleusercontent.com/docsz/AD_4nXfHyUPqB8lF1BdSKSIERn9RqODYEuOzHTkps7TckCyZFAhREhmsdzyDwJAx1B3C3mPTBWikGXF9F3xViw3lGG2qU6rA2rLUqYyCWPc97I3f8rOXUiGtNDXunwGQh0yU9nYzwUx6HHt6Cnt4vwWb3FgTPDXP?key=tpSGrnt4oW1obqEfibLGgQ" alt=""><figcaption><p>Example of the scorecard notification.</p></figcaption></figure>

#### <mark style="color:blue;">The Analytics tab provides metrics for conversational skills, conversations per deal, Indicators for competitors or topics mentioned, and overall Zoom Revenue Accelerator usage</mark>

The **Analytics** tab provides quick, accessible insights into how sales teams and members are engaging with clients, and offers insight to performance metrics, mentioned [topics or words of interest](https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/8951369054093-Using-Zoom-IQ-for-Sales-Indicators), and seller behavior.

**Managers and sales team members can use the Conversation, Deals, and Usage analytics to improve performance**

Within the **Analytics** tab, managers can use the **Conversation**, **Deals**, and **Product** **Usage** tabs to view information breakdowns by helpful factors, like the number of conversations a seller has in a timeframe, a user’s talk-to-listen ratio, the consistency of next steps provided per conversation, filler words used, the frequency of Zoom Revenue Accelerator usage, and more. With these metrics, managers can create helpful coaching opportunities to improve seller performance over time.

Similarly, sales team members can use the same metrics to refine their sales delivery, monitoring their patience, longest spiel, and track their client’s sentiment across conversations.

<figure><img src="https://lh7-rt.googleusercontent.com/docsz/AD_4nXe2VB_3wjAgb93OBhkEBPeEWILDres20xbyHI25hAHGRy9JtH-Fqo2aFw2eA4ESIT49C0ucJyl0QHCa_IJgcviWWWLjMiG5cK-7PFjgGmugXhr-0Bymi7ZSOOujaVGwKBDHUrTSeWC2kqYiyg3KF5ZzevtT?key=tpSGrnt4oW1obqEfibLGgQ" alt=""><figcaption><p>Example of the Analytics tab.</p></figcaption></figure>

<mark style="color:blue;">**Indicators are custom keywords or phrases that note critical moments in a conversation’s analysis, like competitive brands, features, or products mentioned**</mark>

The **Indicator** tab lets sellers and managers track discussion of specific products, competitors, or topics of interest by highlighting key phrases of a conversation’s transcript. With customizable indicators, [configurable for each company’s needs](https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/8951369054093-Using-Zoom-IQ-for-Sales-Indicators), Zoom Revenue Accelerator can automatically highlight or alert sellers and managers when key topics of conversation arise.

For example, if a company exclusively sells ham sandwiches, the company can create indicators to highlight the discussion of any alternative sandwich options, like turkey, tofu, or chicken. Consequently, if any competing sandwich options are discussed during an analyzed conversation, sellers and managers can use the **Indicator** screen to see the context of the discussion, how the discussion was handled, or gain insight to the customer’s sentiment when compared to a competitor.

<figure><img src="https://lh7-rt.googleusercontent.com/docsz/AD_4nXdBCplTSwvXn2otImk4FOkkU6sCIptFNC37IVYFAgnkrXontajq8A4JAhcKcfR-ths2svV-cQ9s8FFReRdpn6VNus5zIePQpD7AJz5D1sR7lcr_N0TGa1YZMLqKACWzCS1mg-vZb8nrU1gH17t5mmlnI7ML?key=tpSGrnt4oW1obqEfibLGgQ" alt=""><figcaption><p>Example of the Indicators section on the Analytics tab.</p></figcaption></figure>

#### <mark style="color:blue;">The Teams tab is used to create and manage team structures</mark>

The **Teams** tab is used to [create and manage team structures](https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/12733960161165-Managing-your-Zoom-IQ-for-Sales-teams) within Zoom Revenue Accelerator. From the page, account admins can create a hierarchy of teams, mimicking the manager reporting structure for their organization. Users can also be added or removed from teams as necessary.

<figure><img src="https://lh7-rt.googleusercontent.com/docsz/AD_4nXcERNO-ACx9r61OroBbZleSN23CTIY3HMzIVyyCX0w4QelwZ4nitapNCrBUdeVYNJkEmT7IcUXvV7d47ru3E__iu4ZoCecXqUPNLzuBKk--Vn6lTOz7kyIAqAi0CmZZUtWZw2-nqKy445J2hhvI6ZCyN8El?key=tpSGrnt4oW1obqEfibLGgQ" alt=""><figcaption><p>Example of the Teams tab.</p></figcaption></figure>

<mark style="color:blue;">**Team structures can also be imported from an integrated CRM**</mark>

Customers with a supported CRM integration can automatically [create and import team structures](https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/12733960161165#h_01G0G0WJA57F4H9VWPZYBB9CZX) from their CRM within Zoom Revenue Accelerator. When imported, the team structures and hierarchies from the CRM are automatically created and populated within Zoom Revenue Accelerator, along with the associated users if they are found and matched within Zoom.

<mark style="color:blue;">**Accounts can use a mix of custom team structures and CRM-imported team structures, if desired**</mark>

Customers can utilize both custom and CRM-imported team structures within Zoom Revenue Accelerator. This offers customers flexibility for use cases where Zoom Revenue Accelerator-licensed users may not have CRM access or presence, but still require team association for reporting and analytic purposes.

### Administrator Considerations

#### <mark style="color:blue;">Zoom Revenue Accelerator licenses offer unlimited cloud recording storage for conversations recorded with analysis</mark>

At this time, customers with Zoom Revenue Accelerator are not limited by recording file storage, regardless of their plan type. Accounts with Zoom Revenue Accelerator licenses will not be billed for overages if they exceed their plan’s designated cloud recording storage limit.

In the future, Zoom Revenue Accelerator licenses will include unlimited cloud recording storage for conversations recorded with analysis. At that time, cloud recordings without Zoom Revenue Accelerator analysis will count toward a plan’s designated storage limit and overage limits will apply.

#### <mark style="color:blue;">Zoom Revenue Accelerator cloud recording files follow the same data retention policies as other cloud recording files</mark>

Zoom Revenue Accelerator recordings share the same policies as standard [Zoom cloud recordings](https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/4414397195277). Accordingly, accounts can choose how and when Zoom Revenue Accelerator recording files are deleted from an account.

For example, if an account is configured to [automatically delete cloud recordings](https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360048488451-Deleting-local-or-cloud-recordings#h_01FWPBXP8SKSRG71N2HT4TY3T9) after 30 days, then Zoom Revenue Accelerator recordings will be removed after 30 days as well.

#### <mark style="color:blue;">Admins can manage Zoom Revenue Accelerator license assignments and permissions through SCIM, SSO, or manual assignment</mark>

#### <mark style="color:blue;">Zoom Revenue Accelerator provides six different roles types with customizable permissions, and also supports custom roles</mark>

Zoom Revenue Accelerator includes [six different role types](https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/5348079573773), granting users varying levels of access based on business needs. Although Zoom provides default permissions for each role, account admins can create custom roles, or customize the default roles based on unique team dynamics. The default roles are listed in the following table:

| Role                                          | Description                                                                                                                                                                                         |
| --------------------------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Zoom Revenue Accelerator Admin | Admin has full privileges to access features, adjust settings, and manage users. |
| Zoom Revenue Accelerator Sales Supervisor | Sales supervisors manage multiple sales teams or multiple sales managers. |
| Zoom Revenue Accelerator Sales Manager | Sales managers manage one team. |
| Zoom Revenue Accelerator Sales Representative | Sales representatives have access to basic Zoom Revenue Accelerator functions but no account management privileges. |
| Zoom Revenue Accelerator Collaborator | Collaborators have access to limited Zoom Revenue Accelerator functionality. This role can be assigned to an unlimited number of Zoom users without provisioning Zoom Revenue Accelerator licenses. |
| External IQ Admin | This role is designed to allow external parties — like a sales engineer — to assist with account configuration during onboarding or proof of concept periods. |

<mark style="color:blue;">**Zoom Revenue Accelerator Roles are unique to the service, and do not override or affect other user roles**</mark>

User roles specific to Zoom Revenue Accelerator are scoped exclusively to the service, and do not conflict with other user roles on the account. Consequently, a user can be a general account admin without Zoom Revenue Accelerator admin permissions, and vice versa.

### Data Privacy & Security

#### <mark style="color:blue;">Participants will see a distinct Zoom Revenue Accelerator recording consent prompt in a Zoom Meeting</mark>

Participants joining a Zoom Meeting with Zoom Revenue Accelerator enabled will see a unique consent message. The consent message indicates that the host’s account owner has agreed to share the recording with Zoom Revenue Accelerator for analysis and insights, and that each speaker will be distinguished within the transcript for accuracy. However, the audio analysis is not retained, and none of the recorded communications-like customer content is utilized to train Zoom’s or its third-party AI models. Lastly, users on the account with sufficient permissions may be able to review, save, and share the recording.

After reviewing the disclaimer, each participant can consent to the recording and stay in the meeting, or leave the meeting. Audio participants will also hear a consent prompt when joining a meeting by phone when Zoom Revenue Accelerator is enabled.

<mark style="color:blue;">**Accounts with greater than 100 licenses can customize the Zoom Revenue Accelerator consent disclaimer**</mark>

Similar to standard [recording consent disclaimers](https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360026909191-Customizing-the-recording-consent-disclaimer), Enterprise, API, Education, or Business accounts with 100+ licenses can [customize the Zoom Revenue Accelerator disclaimer](https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/7977115380749-Managing-Zoom-IQ-recording-access-and-disclaimers-#h_01G923TYAVGSWDW5K4V8T8T55F) with additional text.

#### <mark style="color:blue;">Admins can configure an account to prevent Zoom Revenue Accelerator from processing meetings or calls with specific contacts</mark>

Zoom Revenue Accelerator users may have conversations with certain contacts or accounts that do not wish their meetings or calls to be analyzed. In these cases, admins can configure recording access in [Account Settings](https://zoom.us/account/setting) under the **Zoom Revenue Accelerator** tab and list the domains of external meeting participants for which they want Revenue Accelerator to be blocked. Admins can also prevent Zoom Revenue Accelerator from automatically analyzing calls with specific phone numbers or number prefixes. Zoom Revenue Accelerator will then recognize those domains or phone numbers and prevent meetings attended by those users from being recorded for viewing and analysis.

#### <mark style="color:blue;">Users can set clips of recordings to expire, limit their visibility, or protect them with a password</mark>

Zoom Revenue Accelerator offers optional security features for recorded meeting and call clips. Specifically, users may [configure clips](https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/10439780974861-Sharing-Zoom-IQ-clip-and-conversation) to expire after a set time period, restrict visibility to internal users only, or protect the clip behind a password.

#### <mark style="color:blue;">Zoom Revenue Accelerator data handling aligns with Zoom’s Privacy Statement</mark>

Zoom Revenue Accelerator analyzes data from cloud-recorded meetings and calls, and any data Zoom collects or processes aligns with [Zoom’s Privacy Statement](https://explore.zoom.us/en/privacy/).

#### <mark style="color:blue;">Conversations analyzed by Zoom Revenue Accelerator are not used to further train Zoom’s or its third-party AI models</mark>

Zoom does not use any of your audio, video, chat, screen sharing, attachments, or other communications-like Customer Content (such as poll results, whiteboard and reactions) to train Zoom’s or its third-party artificial intelligence models.

#### <mark style="color:blue;">Data collected by Zoom Revenue Accelerator may be processed by its third party AI models, but will not be used to train or improve those AI models.</mark>

Zoom Revenue Accelerator data is stored by Zoom in Amazon Web Services (AWS), with analysis for most features performed by Zoom’s in-house services. Some Zoom Revenue Accelerator features, for example Email Compose, Generate a New Summary, Generate New Next Steps, and Generate New Good Questions currently use Zoom’s third-party AI models. For such features, data will be shared with third-party models (e.g., OpenAI) to provide the service once the admin enables the feature on the account and the user engages with the feature. The data is sent to the third-party model to generate the requested outputs (e.g., email copy, summaries, etc.), but the third-party model is not permitted to use this data to improve or train. Data may be temporarily retained by the third-party models for Trust and Safety purposes or to comply with legal obligations.

<mark style="color:blue;">**Third-party analysis with Zoom Revenue Accelerator is disabled by default, and requires administrator opt-in to utilize third-party features**</mark>

By default, Zoom Revenue Accelerator does not utilize third-party models for analysis or processing. However, account administrators may opt in to third-party processing and analysis for additional features, such as AI Companion message composition, and generating or regenerating new summaries, next steps, and good questions.

#### <mark style="color:blue;">Zoom Revenue Accelerator is globally available, across five regions</mark>

Zoom Revenue Accelerator currently supports operations in five global clusters, including: the United States (US01, US02, US03, US04, US06), Australia (AU01), Canada (CA01), Europe (EU01), and India (IN01). For customers with a region-specific account, Zoom Revenue Accelerator data storage and processing will persist in that region.

#### <mark style="color:blue;">User data stored in AWS is encrypted at rest</mark>

Zoom Revenue Accelerator customer data is encrypted at rest with a 256-bit AES-GCM algorithm, using encryption keys stored in AWS Key Management Service (AWS KMS).

### Limitations

#### <mark style="color:blue;">Zoom Revenue Accelerator is not currently available for certain highly regulated industries or Zoom for Government</mark>

Zoom Revenue Accelerator is currently focused on providing functionality required by most small and medium-sized businesses. Large enterprises and highly regulated industries may have specific compliance requirements that Zoom Revenue Accelerator does not currently support. Zoom Revenue Accelerator is not available for Zoom for Government customers at this time.

#### Zoom Revenue Accelerator is not compatible with End-to-End Encrypted (E2EE) Meetings

[End-to-end encrypted](https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360048660871-End-to-end-E2EE-encryption-for-meetings) (E2EE) meetings do not support cloud recordings or live transcriptions as a part of the service. Consequently, E2EE meetings are not compatible with Zoom Revenue Accelerator.

#### <mark style="color:blue;">Zoom Revenue Accelerator is not compatible with Customer Managed Key</mark>

Zoom Revenue Accelerator is not compatible with [Customer Managed Key](https://www.zoom.com/en/products/cmk/) (CMK) at this time. Customers with an existing CMK integration may continue to encrypt their cloud recordings with their key management system; however, data generated by the service — i.e., transcripts and insights — will not be encrypted with the customer’s keys and will use Zoom’s standard encryption practices.
