Quality Management isn't currently available for highly regulated industries that may have specific compliance requirements. Additionally, Quality Management is not available for Zoom for Government customers at this time.

#### <mark style="color:blue;">Quality Management isn't compatible with End-to-End Encrypted (E2EE) meetings or phone calls</mark>

[End-to-end encrypted](https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360048660871-End-to-end-E2EE-encryption-for-meetings) (E2EE) meetings and phone calls do not support cloud recordings or live transcriptions as a part of the service. Consequently, E2EE meetings and phone calls are not compatible with Quality Management analysis.

#### <mark style="color:blue;">Auto QM has licensing, transcription, and oversight requirements</mark>

Auto QM requires a Zoom Contact Center Elite license or a standalone Auto QM purchase. Accurate AI evaluation depends on transcription quality. An initial configuration and calibration period may be required. AI evaluations should be reviewed by supervisors for context.

#### <mark style="color:blue;">Ask QM has access, accuracy, and session requirements</mark>

Ask QM requires account owner or admin privileges for full functionality. Natural language processing accuracy depends on query complexity. Integration capabilities may vary by third-party system. Session context is maintained within individual query sessions only.
